Julie Nielsen

Founding Partner | Design Engineer

Julie is a design engineer with deep roots in human-centered innovation and systems thinking. A graduate of Denmark’s prestigious DTU (Technical University of Denmark), she holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Design Engineering — blending product design, sustainability, and complex system development.

Her cross-sector experience spans healthcare, consumer technology, and enterprise tools, with a focus on designing solutions that balance usability, impact, and scale. Certified in Agile and SAFe methodologies, and actively pursuing TOGAF and Series 65 credentials, Julie is building toward a uniquely multidisciplinary role at the intersection of design, strategy, and capital planning.

At Nielsen Pierre Noel, she leads product and service design strategy — ensuring every client solution is not only effective, but intuitive, inclusive, and ready for the future.

Uri Pierre Noel

Managing Director | Business Architect

Uri is a seasoned operator with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering scalable systems across capital projects, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled transformation. His background spans construction technology, infrastructure planning, and strategic consulting — with a focus on aligning vision with execution.

As a senior consultant and implementation leader, he has supported Fortune 500 clients, high-growth startups, and global energy firms in building the frameworks, workflows, and governance systems that drive measurable outcomes. Uri specializes in SOP architecture, change management, AI integration, and enterprise platform rollout — particularly in regulated or capital-intensive environments.

As Managing Director of Nielsen Pierre Noel, he leads business architecture, client delivery, and operational strategy — ensuring every engagement is grounded in real-world outcomes and long-term scale.
